My experience was great!

I first went to Absolute Dental, and let me tell you, yuck. It’s the customer service that drew me away from there. Quite the opposite experience here at Sparks Modern Dentistry! All the staff are amazing and the facilities have all of the newest equipment. So happy I found my new home for getting my teeth maintained. I would definitely recommend, and if you are looking for a new place like I was, look no further.

This place is absolutely amazing!! I will never go anywhere else. I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to extremely high anxiety and fear of the dentist. Just calling the dentist I go into full panic mode. Thankfully Jackie (hope I self her name right) answered the phone. I have NEVER in my life met someone who was so patient, kind and understanding. She was so patient with me and kept reassuring me that they would do whatever they could to help. I explained my situation and fears. She let me know they offered a number of things to help with my anxiety. I joked saying “i am a grown adult and i am going to need my mom to come with me” With zero judgement she said “trust me, a lot of people bring their moms” She kept telling me how much she understood and that they help a lot of people with anxiety. Jackie- thank you for the bottom of my heart for helping me start this process. I cannot tell you how much you helped me with that first conversation and I will forever be grateful for you. My first appointment for my X-rays and initial exam I was so panicked but Dr. Eltagunde was so patient with me and made me feel so comfortable. Never once did I feel ashamed or judged for my situation. She broke things down, things that were needed and let me ask as many questions as I needed to help me feel comfortable to move forward with the process. And that they offer halcion as an option for my appointments. My next two appointments were deep cleanings (1 appt for each side of my mouth) Karina did my deep cleanings…she was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. We laughed and talked about so much during my appointments. She was so gentle with me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I even got a blanket!! I left with ZERO pain!! My next appointments were for crowns and a root canal. Lovelyn was wonderful. She also was incredibly personable and amazing at making me feel comfortable even though I was panicking. She helped calm me down before we got started. She was so sweet and understanding. Dr. Eltagunde did my crowns and she did an amazing job, the whole time during the procedure I felt zero pain!! She was very gentle and talked me through everything she was doing. I felt zero pain!! Dr. Kuang did my root canal, she was so gentle with me, also was funny and helped me through the process Becky was also incredibly sweet, sat with me the whole time before my appointment and even offered to hold my hand during my procedure!! And again, I left the office with zero pain. That evening and next day still zero pain!! I needed to go back in to get an adjustment on a crown (slightly filed down) and they got me in the same day!! Lovelyn was again so sweet! Dr. Eltagunde was quick and thorough and fixed my issue right away. The flexibility of this office staff and Dr. Eltagunde is unheard of! It’s such a comfort knowing that I don’t have to wait weeks to be see if I have an issue. I was in and out in 30 minutes. And the fact that I was able to go to the dentist with minimal anxiety just after a couple of appointments should speak volumes to the amazing work that this office does!! There were a few others that helped me and talked with me during my appointments and I’m so sorry I didn’t get your names. You all helped me so much! You were all so kind and caring!
