I am the Patient From Hell because of my gag reflex.🙄 All the staff are so sweet and accommodating of this embarrassing condition. I also appreciate that they never try to upsale me on nonessential procedures or treatments as other Dental Practices have done. This place is the best. After the last few weeks of dealing with a horrible abscess this dentist was a breath of fresh air. After turning down an endodontist and being ghosted by the referring dentist I was losing hope. Dr. Jacqueline Del Prado was amazing. She was very professional as was her staff. Tjey scheduled me an emergency appointment the day after I called (new patient), did the exam, pulled the tooth and another for a very affordable price and payment plan. Credit not pushed. Pain minimal for having two teeth pulled and a bone graft. I can not say enough. This place is wonderful.
