Dr. Van and Malaika were great! Highly recommend!

I went to another dentist yesterday and was told that I would be having an expensive treatment done. The treatment wasn’t recommended; instead, I was TOLD that I would be having it, after which the dentist sent in her finance person to tell me how I was going to pay for it. I was appalled at how I was spoken to and the expectations of how I would be spending my money. So, this morning I went to Sparks Modern Dentistry and spoke to Brandon. He listened as I described the treatment that I would be forced to have. He answered all of my questions while being fully versed in the treatment and the levels to which it could be necessary, all the while calming me down and treating me like a human being instead of a roadmap to my money. I have subsequently cancelled the approval process for the “forced” treatment and my teeth cleaning and will never return to that office again. From now on, I’m going to be treated properly and honestly by Sparks Modern Dentistry. I feel so much better for having had my concerns addressed and my questions answered so politely. The receptionist Irma was very approachable warmth welcome, accommodating with her sweet smile. Daisy was so gentle in doing x-ray and assisted me while Dr Van is putting my crown. I greatly recommend this location at wingfield modern dentistry. Has modern equipment installed to make all clients make their experience easy.
